Sebastian Upshaw

Sebastian Upshaw was born and raised in the New Orleans area and is a proud graduate of Jesuit High School. He went on to earn both his bachelor's and master's degrees in Supply Chain Management from Spring Hill College—completing both in just four years.

With hands-on experience in the logistics and moving industry throughout high school and college, Sebastian co-founded H & U Express Moving to deliver smarter, more reliable moving solutions to the local market.

As Director of Logistics and Business Development, he leads with strategy, precision, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, exploring new cities, and developing long-term plans to grow H & U Express Moving into one of the Gulf South’s most trusted names in relocation and storage.
