Rooted in New Orleans. Built to Move with Purpose

H & U Express Moving was founded by William Hawkins and Sebastian Upshaw—two Jesuit High School graduates with strong ties to New Orleans and a shared belief: people deserve a moving company they can trust. With backgrounds in Physics and Supply Chain Management, and years of hands-on experience in the logistics industry, they set out to build something better.

We started H & U Express Moving with a clear goal—to make moving in the New Orleans metro area simpler, fairer, and more dependable. Whether you're moving into your first apartment, relocating your business, or settling into your forever home, we bring the muscle and the mindset to get it done—on time and on budget.

No hidden fees. No cut corners. Just a team that shows up with care, hustle, and respect for your space and your time.

We’re proud of where we come from—and even prouder to serve the community that shaped us.
